Im on holidays from Adelaide for a week staying in canley vale I found omega fit on google the gym exceeded my expectations has a real sense of community love how all the weights are put away and members are fined $10 for not cleaning up I would join this gym if it was in adelaide im sick of all the chains where the equipment is not treated with respect and the members spend more time on their phone than actually training
love this gym so much. wonderful facility if you’re getting into strength training and one of the most supportive environments i’ve ever been in. owners khang and peter put a tremendous amount of effort into caring for patrons and the facility. would definitely recommend! :)
One of the best 24/7 powerlifting gyms in the area - calibrated plates, competition racks, nice bars and great community! One I personally have enjoyed going to and has helped during my pl journey - definitely check them out! ☺️
