I CrossFit and Olympic lift 5 days a week. I had been dealing with tendinitis injury in my right Achilles for 4 months caused by double unders. I foam rolled, used a lacrosse ball and went to my chiropractor. Nothing I tried seemed to improve the health of my tendon. Dr Thomas started coming to Streamline Crossfit(my gym) on Tuesday. Dr. Ribu is very professional and was able to help me reduce my plantar fasciitis pain after the first visit. He’s very knowledgeable and will make sure you are feeling better as you progress. Glad I found him.
Dr Thomas genuinely cares for his patients. He spends time with you to listen and wants to get you moving again pain free. I highly recommend him!
Today was my very first visit with Dr Thomas and Omega Sports + Recovery. I have to say... I am beyond amazed with what he did for my foot/toe pain. I can actually do a lunge!! I was in so much pain before when even attempting. I feel hopeful.. I think I will actually be pain free when running. I haven't said that in the longest time, I just dealt with the pain..
