I had an awful experience here and I never got the opportunity to enter the shop. It took me nearly a week to get a call back from them to make my tattoo appointment. I finally got it scheduled after telling them I was going to continue to explore options at other shops. I showed up for my appointment a week and a half later and nobody was there. Our 5 year old wanted her ears pierced so we visited Omega Red in their new location on Main St. “Beans” was awesome and explained everything he was doing and even let our daughter choose how she would get pierced (she chose to count to 3 for him). Great experience and can’t wait to see what the place looks like when it’s all finished. Thanks, Beans!
Brought my 14 year old daughter in today for her 1st piercing. The piercer, sorry I don’t recall his name, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing or was going to do. Will definitely be back for any future piercings.
Not clear about free piercing post posted less than an hour ago but is now deleted. Friend and I wanted tongue and septum done but they said only ears. We were told it was based on anatomy just before that and when my friend called we told them what we wanted and she said she wanted her septum they told her not to do those but to do nostril instead. Obviously that person didnt know anatomy of the face. Very unprofessional.
Jefe was amazing! I had gotten my first tattoo and I was super nervous for the pain, but Jefe walked me through it and was very personable and professional. His work is beautiful as well! We will be going back for more! The whole environment is very professional and clean, which is so important for tattoos. While this is my first, I have been a guest watching loved ones get tattoos for a few years and this was by far my favorite experience.
I got my first one over 2 years ago and it still looks great. Just had it added onto! I will always use Jeff as my artist!
