They let their favorite employees work from anywhere, home or vacation spots, but make the others come into the office, pretty obvious to anyone old or new, what’s going on. Well funded company willing to invest in systems and people. Strong outlook for growth given transportation and essential infrastructure industries. Great benefits and open door policy with management.
I’ve had several different jobs but I can honestly say this is the absolute worst place to work. I was treated like dirt and talked down to daily. I have never felt so worthless in my life. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, it’s truly that bad.
