Omega is the absolute worst when asked to address an issue. I have been a resident for 12 years at an association, Cedar Bluff Townhomes Eagan MN, that uses Omega and I can say that they never resolve an issue in less than 3 months. Notified them in November 2021 that the trash can in our park had been removed by mistake. They wrote that it would be returned. It is now March 2022 and still no trash can and I have contacted them several times. 3 years to get tree branches, that were hitting the ground, trimmed 2 years... read more
Omega properties is the number one worst management company I have ever seen their only concern is how much money they can steal from the parents who signed the lease is for their students while they were in college shame on you I will write a message every day so parents whose children are attending are you will never rent your property
