The staff can be quite rude at times. The apartments are nice and well kept for the most part but as far as management goes, they are on the ruder side as far as rental agencies in the area go. Beware of unnecessary fees they take out of the security deposit and extremely long wait times to receive this security deposit back.
Can't say enough good things about Omega; really enjoying the property!
Our experience with Omega so far has been great! From all of our questions during the leasing process to the ease of move in. Office staff and management are communicative and responsive. Compared to other companies and experiences we truly couldn’t have had a better experience than we’ve had with Omega. Looking forward to a great year with Omega!
In a world of big corporate companies Omega is a refreshing local company. They answer the phones when you call are personable and take care of any issues that might arise.
horrible customer service. horrible maintenance. rude and unhelpful. would highly recommend staying clear. no one on the phone has any clue what they’re talking about ever. rudest people i have ever spoken to
