I called Corporate and both times they referred me to a Field Rep. Multiple tries to speak to the Rep. No response. I emailed Corporate to share my concerns. Not a single response. I guess Omega thinks they are affiliated with the watch company and are the only stucco company in CA or country. If you have any questions or need any type of support related to stucco products, take the time to look at other companies.

This place has horrible customer service. I went in to order a bag of stucco to match my new home. To start the girl at the front counter is super rude. She expects you to know their product and if you don’t know what you need she looks at you like you’re stupid. She told me they had to special make the blend as I just needed one bag. She told me it would be ready the following Tuesday. I came back to pick up my one bag days after Tuesday. I live 30 mins away. I show up and come to find out product is not ready!!!!
