Had a poor experience overall. Needed a few documents printed urgently ahead of a visa appointment. I let them know about the situation. I felt like they took full advantage. The net bill came out to $125 including an ‘emergency charge’ and the use of premium paper and color printouts which I thought were all avoidable. Other than that, I thought the staff were courteous and the print job was good.

Jessalyn Hernandez is an unprofessional and unethical business owner. She has illegally transfered all of her business to a company called Printtoinspire. She has lied to all of her clients and I would never recommend doing business with her. She is the most untrustworthy business woman and I would be very careful if you were doing business with her.
