Called 9/18 for an appointment. Individual answering the phone acted like I was intruding on their day! Did not identify themselves until at the end of the call when I asked their name…It was Sue. Very Rude Individual… the long disgusted sigh when they picked up the phone should have been my first clue! We continually rely on OMEGA. They are extremely professional as well as friendly !! The tech today was very thorough and cared about listening. He was polite/ friendly and very thorough in detail. He is definitely a TEN !! THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!
I am so glad that I called Omega, they were here in just a couple days and their rep was right on time. After treating one of my trees that was infested with bag worms he saw another tree that was infested too. He treated it at no additional cost. I will always be their customer and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs their help. Thank you Omega!
