I reached out to place an order for carpet. I received two samples, but when I tried to place an order starting with the first room in my shop, the only feedback I received was asking me if I was sure that I was correct on the measurement. I've sent a follow-up email since then and have received no reply. I also requested two samples at the start and only received one and had to follow-up to receive the second.
