I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Concentra location. The front desk worker, Nikki, was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and seemed completely overwhelmed. She repeatedly mispronounced patients’ names, and when one patient politely corrected her, she responded with “whatever, I don’t know”—with an attitude that was completely unnecessary. This place is horrible. I had wait 2 hours. And the doctor was there was very rude. And she talked very loudly I could hear her repeating someone else’s social security number from the other room. There is confidentiality at all. That is my second time going there. I would not recommend it. They are horrible. Labor Core is way better. Some of the other staff was nice. But the doctor who gave me my physical was horrible. I can’t remember her name. But she is a short black elderly woman. She was horrible.
