They had my chainsaw in to be worked on three different times. On the second visit to pick it up they said it was fixed I paid more than $150 and it still had the same problem after they had the software another 2 weeks they told me that it had a scored cylinder and needed another $170 I asked them to put it back together running the way it was when I dropped it off. To the BBB. At this time I will not get into exact specifics as to this customers claims. This is due to the fact that this customer has filed a claim with the Hennepin County courts in regards to this issue. We are filing a counter claim against him I will make the statement that this customer is confused as to which of his saws were worked on and the amounts charged on these saws.
