Just had Endoscopic Sinus Surgery here 4/23/25 and it's now the following day and I'm sitting here suffering as it's not a fun procedure to have done. However, I wanted to take a moment to thank the entire staff there as everyone was extremely wonderful. I wish I could remember everyone's name but I wanted to give a special shout out to Kayleigh who was my nurse. She was awesome and made everything easy and comfortable. Staff was friendly and pleasant how ever the billing company deceived me when I considered cancelling my surgery when I found out they’re not in my ins network one of the women said you will get some of the money I paid in full out of pocket so I kept my date. Everyone there was very kind and patient.. it’s a very nice facility but during course of conversation with billing made me really mad about what was said prior to my surgery about the ins info
