I went to Omega for an elbow surgery on Nov4,2024. The hospital is nice and clean. However the nurse that checked me in also tried to take my blood and put in IV. She poked me so many times and it hurt very very much. I asked her to get help and she ignored me. A young nice nurse was chatting and I asked her to help and she showed the nurse the way.
