Sam gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and upfront of what was going on with my system and what needed to be fixed before giving me the cost. Got the work done quickly and was thorough. Sam wore a mask and respected social distancing

I had a great experience with Omega heating and air today, the tech was punctual and prepared. The tech was very knowledgeable about the company's products and costs, he also gave good information about my aging system. The tech also checked their system to see that I'd previously spoken to one of the sales reps. and was able to send a copy of the prior quote. Great service today. I would recommend Omega heating and air.

Harris came out to my property and gave me a very professional quote, he was extremely friendly caring about the property and very knowledgeable on the type of units and what size I would need in order to meet the requirements I had. I would definitely do business with Omega heating and air again!!!!

I needed a malfunctioning comfort thermostat replaced. Their office manager was very helpful in scheduling as I was going out of town in a couple of days. Josh (technician) was very competent and answered all my questions about the operation of the thermostat.

Harris from this HVAC company was absolutely amazing. She arrived promptly and was very friendly and personable. Harris was able to diagnose the issue with my air conditioning unit quickly and provided me with a few different options for repairs. She was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I felt very comfortable with her in my home and trusted her recommendations. I highly recommend this HVAC company and Harris to anyone in need of quality service.
