The technician who did the installation was really nice. They were polite and left as soon as the basement cleaner arrived. Installed 2 months ago and got a discount the other day. They did exactly what they promised.
James was very courteous and pleasant. He inspected the AC and explained in detail all the probable issues that might be causing the problem. He also described the work he was going to perform and gave me the estimated cost prior to beginning the work. He performed the repair as he explained.
The technician came to clean my ducts and he was AWESOME! He arrived early to shovel out the path to the outside vent and to make sure I didn’t have to do that. He took care of the cleaning in a very professional and quick manner and was sure to take off his snowy shoes before coming inside. This is my second year using Omega and I will continue to use their excellent air duct cleaning services for many years to come!
