A very bad-bad Healthcare clinic. No coordination from the admins, no care from the practitioners.They are “entitled”. Absolutely zero manners as professionals. “Please” and “thank you” doesn’t exist in their vocabulary. The Co Founder Dr Shetty is very rude and full on narcissistic. A boss “lady”! It’s all about the money, nothing else. A disgrace. Stay away!

I had high hopes for this practice after seeing the good reviews, however my experience here has not been good. I paid the full fee in advance as my appointment was a Telehealth appointment. I was initially booked in to come to the clinic in-person but then had to change my appointment to be done via Telehealth. The day of the appointment I asked about cancelling and was told that I would have to pay the full fee again if I cancelled (despite already having paid the full fee). Everyone at reception was super kind and easy to talk to. The support we received was amazing — they were patient, understanding, and made sure our client’s needs and preferences were respected. Overall, I’m happy with the psychiatrist appointment as well. It was a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
