I came to Omega Framing & Embroidery with a simple request: to have my logo embroidered. Unfortunately, the final result was far from what I expected. The quality of the embroidery was noticeably poor and did not resemble my original logo at all (see attached photo Omega created embroidery has jagged edges, filled in spaces and crooked 4).
