This gym has been amazing. Even though it is a class, Charlie works with each one of us by modifying the exercises for where we are physically. He pushes us in a gentle, but firm way to help us overcome mental and physical barriers. I'm grateful that Charlie makes sure that we always have good form before letting us proceed to heavier weights. He doesn’t just tell you to go heavy, he helps you work and go around the places on your body that aren’t well. Terribly good workouts!!! You’ll know it’s good when it hurts in the morning! 😂

Great place for beginners, there is a schedule each week so you just show up and get taught. Beyond that it is an incredibly friendly place where anyone can leave shame at the door to improve themselves.

I had no idea how much we needed a gym family. Nearly my whole family now works out together! Charlie is super encouraging, has so much knowledge and experience. He has showed me how to modify (seems like all of) the workouts, but I’m getting stronger!! I’m excited to be working toward living long, really well!! (Chelsea)
