Amazing gym, great atmosphere. Locally owed a definite plus!
By far the best gym in Kingston! Everyone that is a member has respect for the building and other lifters. Super friendly staff, knowledgable, and supportive with any goals you want to achieve. The change rooms are always kept clean and its a comfortable environment if you want to flex a bit in the mirrors to check your progress or your pump after a workout. A wide range of equipment for both cardio and a machine to hit every muscle group efficiently along with a wide range of free weights.
Best gym in Kingston, hands down.
Great workout ! Friendly owners that thankfully gave me tips on the machines that helped me understand what I was doing. New to the gym and will return !
