FANTASTIC!! - I walked into Omega Fine Jewelry expecting to just browse some shiny trinkets, but I left feeling like I’d been adopted by a family of diamond-giddy enthusiasts—and I mean that in the best way! The absolute worst place, so unprofessional. I believe they have no idea what they are doing. Went there with a little condensation in my watch face and it perfectly working fine to getting it back and it not working at all. Please don't go there.
Avoid at all costs! My husband went in for a simple clasp repair as a first time customer. Thought it was interesting that when they gave the chain back, they didn't also give him the medal that was on it. They went in the back and got it. When we got home and took it out of the bag we noticed the chain kept coiling and wasn't very clean, then realized they clearly swapped the chain - its 6 inches longer, so its obvious that it was swapped.
