Terrible, I have left several messages over the past 3 weeks to get an appointment set up and due to my schedule, I am not able to ever get a hold of someone to make an appointment (receptionist) and they have yet to call me back. I just called again for the 6th time and hopefully will get a call back this time. I would not recommend anybody using OMEGA Family Health. If you live in Olean I would personally recommend looking for a different family provider.
