I had an incredibly unprofessional experience at this doctor's office. I simply asked to use the restroom, and they refused—at a medical facility, no less. The staff was rude and dismissive, with both people (who claimed to be visitors) behind the counter rolling their eyes and sucking their teeth instead of providing basic courtesy. To make matters worse, not all employees were even in uniform, which made the whole place feel unorganized and unprofessional.
