I am Manager of Royal City Tennis in Guelph. Omega Electric has completed work for us on several occasions. My most recent experience was a call for a light replacement for one of our hanging lights. Omega was quick to respond. The light was replaced in short order, and the lift we had rented was handled professionally and driven from the air structure to the outside for pickup - something which would have been difficult for us. As you are a link on Marcel Pruski of Omega Electrics website, you are a supplier of your products to his clients. As a service to these people you should warn them of his unethical practices, especially if they are seniors. This is in case you are sued in the future. I will contact you individually.
