I was very pleased with the honesty and quality of Omega's technician. I wasn't sure if a problem with the garage door had occurred. The technician only needed to perform routine maintenance as it had been awhile since any had been done. Professionalism and honesty will keep me returning to Omega Garage Doors if a need occurs.
Efficient and kind service by Jim. Extremely cost efficient to do regular maintenance. My door jammed up and stopped working due to chains and springs stretching.
