The team at Omega provide excellent dental care for their patients! Sheyenne the office manager goes above and beyond.. she put in tireless effort to help bring my treatment plan to fruition. My treatment plan was so carefully curated by Dr. Skinner with his expertise, while allowing for my input every step of the way, we came up with a plan that I was completely comfortable with and confident in. I went to this dentist as I was in an emergency. Came in as an emergency to get a molar pulled as I was in pain and during procedure they ruptured another tooth. Nothing was said to me until after it was shaved down to the bone and left there. The pain was unbearable and I was given steroids, not an antibiotic. I was never called after what happened to explain to me what went wrong. I felt I had no choice but to go back being dentists are hard to find here . I had a texting conversation over my situation. Outstanding experience from start to finish. Jordan was welcoming and helpful, Stacey was an excellent hygienist who was thorough, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit, and Dr. Braun took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing great patient care. I highly recommend Dr. Braun, Jordan, Stacey, and the entire staff to anyone looking for a great dental office.
