Being a person who suffers severe anxiety with dentists and dental procedures I highly recommend this office. They made me feel at ease and made sure was comfortable, I wouldn't have made it past the receptionist desk if it weren't for Tanisha and Dawn, they had great care and empathy for my anxiety issues and by the time they had me checked in they had me completely at ease. So just visited the new Medford office after being a long time customer to the original Medford office and it’s a total upgrade as far as the space and nice set up on stokes in Medford . Always love the staff there from jaz to Ms. Chong and of course Dr. Skinner.
Just love this office, Dr Skinner, Jasmine, Robin and the incredible lady behind the desk Ms. Chong are great people who as a team really make you feel comfortable! Sorry I missed the hygienist but I only saw her once, she was so kind and never chastised me about brushing! Dr Skinner was aware of my fear but was so relaxed and comforting that when he was done I was so excited and at ease I looked forward to going back! They do a great job and I highly recommend them especially their new office on Stokes road! Give them a try... read more
