we have had a Omega gas ducted heater for many many years. On Monday who would have thought that you would need heating Yes we did Of course it failed when needed but remember it's most likely 10 to 15 years old. Had a very poor experience where a heater exchange failed and nearly poisoned my family (my wife and daughter were ill with suspected carbon monoxide poisoning including migraines and frequent nausea).
