I have had Lawn Doctor for the past 3 years. However, I know it has been unusually hot. However, the lawn was serviced last month and I have a big patch of crab grass that is spreading. I don't think I will be renewing my contract again next year. There is a part of my yard that has not be serviced, and I was told because there are trees there. This company is a complete fraud! If you are not home to monitor the service, the simply leave a bill on the door. After never providing the service promised! We tried to dispute the bill, and they sent it to collection, before even having a manager call us! I do not recommend this company to anyone!

I'd give them zero stars if I could. The lady was rude, obnoxious, and hung up on me. I called and asked her if they did 1 hour cleaning. Well, they obviously don't and that subject makes her angry.

My experience with this company has been exceptional. The office personel are courteous and very knowledgable in lawn care. The service technicians were well-trained and did an outstanding job on weed control and fertilization. They also were extremely helpful in giving me advice on mowing and watering to improve my lawn's appearance. Great Service !!!
