I have been very impressed with Omega Builders from Day 1. From the sales team to construction team to closing team, I have felt taken care of. All my questions have been answered and any concerns have been eased. They have made this process so easy! It's exciting to watch our home come to life. Can't wait to move in!!!!!

Started off great with the buying process. Then we signed and construction started on new home. From that point forward has been a nightmare. Problems ranged from flipped blueprints, missing walls, incomplete cabinets, wrong countertops, bad flooring (that was already known to be defective when they installed), an attic ladder that was a beast to open (a kid could hang from the pull rope and it wouldn't open), my AC condenser and fence kissing, to my sprinklers watering my lawn, 80% of my fence, my siding, 60% of my driveway... read more

I have just purchased a new home in Temple Texas and if I had it to do over I would definitely go with someone else. The sales team is awesome and professional but it ends there. From four delays in closing, one due to installing wrong items in the house, to now things like electrical not working and taking 6 days to fix it has been an emotional nightmare. Go with another builder for your on sanity.. I would rate them lower but one star will have to do.
