I’ve purchased two cars from Omega and had a good experience both times. Super easy to work with and no pressure. Jim was awesome — really helpful and took the time to go over everything with me so I felt good about it. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a car!
We've been doing business with Omega Auto for over 3 years. The staff are always polite, professional, and quick to respond. They offer great deals with their vehicles and offer options for warranties. Omega Auto always honors their agreements are offer great customer service when following up with a purchase. If I could give no star I would. They don’t even deserve a one star. I have gotten my first car from these ppl. Plz be careful bc they don’t tell u much about the car especially if it’s a lemon, iv been spending money to fix a lemon they dropped on me since the day i got it! It’s been one thing after another, my boyfriend does play a part bc I told him to bring it back and unfortunately he never did. My Subaru (which I bought from Ira) died unexpectedly. It was only five years old. I was in a pickle. Jim and the whole staff at Omega were so helpful, patient and kind. Got me into a good, safe car very quickly. Thank you!
I had a wonderful buying experience of a 2016 Cadillac with Jim and Greg at Omega Auto sales. The Cadillac was in mint condition, most people have commented it looks like it’s brand new. Jim and Greg handled everything from the financing, Registry -plates and title. And replacing the entire touch screen. I’m loving driving my new luxury car. Would definitely go with them for any future car purchases.
