Terrible company who were kind enough to charge my 82 year old mother $1200 for a brake job on her 2001 Volkswagen beetle. Nice guys. They tried to replace her tires that only had 5000 miles on them. They were also trying to charge her for replacing front end idler arm bushings which were fine.
If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I would. Worst experience ever. This dealership IS FULL OF CROOKS! They have done nothing but try to screw us over time and time again. Then we finally get a manager who claims that he would take care of business for us and he NEVER CALLS BACK! If you value your sanity and money, DO NOT buy a car from O'Meara VW. Salesmen dishonest and unethical. We literally had to contact the police in order to leave the showroom with our personal items. Physically raised their voices to us. I tried to contact the sales manager two times to discuss and she has never returned my call. But, another salesman called to see if I might still be interested in buying a car from them. There is a reason why they are not BBB accredited. Most awful car buying experience ever.
These guys are Great! I have had a lot of Credit Problems due to a Divorce, but I went to see them. I worked with Dan and he was the nicest person to work with. He understood my situation and helped me get into an affordable VW Jetta! Thanks Dan! I would not be afraid to send all my friends and Family to him. MM
