The professionalism of Dr. Alex and all the staff at Orthodontics at Penrith are exceptionally amazing. My daughter just had her braces off today and she could not stop smiling since. We could not be happier with the result of the treatment. Orthodontics at Penrith team made the whole process so smooth and easy that we are kind of miss seeing them already. If you are looking for an orthodontist look no further. Alex and the team looked after my 8 year old daughter. Thanks to my DNA she needed an expander, head gear and top braces. The quote provided was very good compared to others obtained. And the work has been perfect. The dental assistants were fantastic with my daughter. She looked forward to seeing them and even now, nearly a year later, still wants to go back just to say hello. The staff are fantastic here. Great service and a business you can rely on for dental work.
The service was exceptional, the orthodontists were being gentle throughout the process. The staff were helpful clearing up doubts and queries that my son or I had. My son came for the treatment last year and it took 11 months to fix his teeth and the end product looks amazing.
All of the staff are absolutely lovely, explaining everything thoroughly and made me feel confident about my next steps. Highly recommend!!
