Disrespectful & Horrible Customer Service: I writing this review after having been a loyal customer for 20 years. I recently traded in a vehicle and should have noticed the red flags when the sales pitch from the sales manager was about how awful the sales department was but now that he was taking over it was going to be much better and they would take care of their loyal customers.
