They have the worst service! Never on time, they always book you in but when you are in the shop they have you wait, I’ve waited up to an hour before and they still will be late! They are never on time with their appointments and always trick you in to waiting. They keep saying ok 5 minutes but that 5 minutes never end. I’ve walked away twice and same thing happened to my mom today. Never went there ever since but I know many people who have had the same experience! Very bad customer service
I visited this salon for the first time with my two daughters for a mani and pedi. My girls only got their toenails painted, while I had a full pedicure. Afterward, one of my daughters wanted to try out some polish colors on her fingernails, so I tested a few on her while we were waiting for her toenails to dry. As she was putting her shoes back on near the pedicure station, the owner noticed her fingernails and—without speaking to me—held her hand and began removing the polish. Wow i’m OBSESSED with my nails they are so cute and i will be coming back!!! The lady who did my nails was so sweet and did such an amazing job she did exactly what i asked for!!! This will definitely be my go to spot for nails!!!!
