Unprofessional. The lady who did my pedicure 3/24 simply missed a step. Typical human nature. I mentioned it to the lady doing my services several times and after like the 5th time the lady starts screaming out in her language her frustrations. Advised the front desk of her behavior issue and they simply brushed it off and took her side saying she didn't skip a step as if they were there to catch the interaction. I won't be back to this location ever again. Professionalism goes a long way.

I’ve been going to this same nail salon for over 5 years, so this was really disappointing. I specifically asked for Kevin, and the manager told me multiple times to get my pedicure first and that he would do my nails after. But toward the very end of my pedicure—while I was getting my top coat—they gave him to another client who had just walked in. When I tried to address it, I was completely ignored. Been going to Tan for almost 3years and I love him downnnnn! He is the best. Gets you in and out and can execute and style you desire!
