This cute and lard spot unfortunately lacks professionalism and the skills of its nail technicians. When I asked for even nails and a particular shape, the nail tech gave me the file to do my own filing. She was unable to do that herself. Later, when another nail technician did my nails he decided it was a good time to clip his nails as I was soaking and nail clippings were flying on me .
I called this establishment to verify they are in fact closed as it states on this Google listing. Their recording says "Due to recent inclement weather, we are temporarily closed." Is that code for ICE Storm? I have been a customer here many times and barely any of the employees speak English, but I've always been satisfied with the service.
Clean, friendly & did a GREAT job on my nails!! Will definitely be a regular customer.
