So I bought myself and my daughters and my the way we were treated gave they thought someone was going to run out . So bad I had to come back the next day because my nails were lifting. The service is not the same and Andy made his best to tell me why I got a fungus on my toe nail , but I was about to have on one my nails because my nails were lifting from the gel and I just got my nails done yesterday. This place is horrible. This is the work I received. They comfortably allowed me to walk out with my fingers looking like this. They rushed through my nails and I was too fed up with the service to even complain about the end product. Went to west Columbia to get them fixed. I’ve been in sc 5 years and I’ve never seen this type of garbage.

I’m extremely disappointed with the unprofessional treatment my daughter received at your salon. She became ill during her visit and was unable to finish her pedicure. EMS had to be called to assist her. Despite the obvious medical emergency, your staff continued to hound her about paying for a service that could not be completed. Your lack of compassion and professionalism during a medical crisis is unacceptable. I expected much better care and understanding from a business that serves the public. We will not be returning.
