Just keeps getting worse.. I only go because their work is decent and fits for my schedule but the owners are ridiculous and rude. Prices are high and they nickel and dime you for everything, don’t care about damaging your nails and have stupid & inconsistent policies. Needed a nail repair, at first told I couldn’t because the tech who did my nails is off, then someone else could do it but I would need to pay which I was ok with, but I when asked the cost for 1 nail and polish, it went from $5, $7, $10 then Idk. Beautiful chandeliers, but ZERO DECORUM. Do NOT waste your money on a pedicure here. My first pedicure experience at this salon ended with me requesting a refund and stopping the service midway through. Cheap, low-end products were used throughout the service. What appeared to be an actual bottle of Dawn dish soap was used, causing the foot bowl to overflow with suds, and the only other product used was sliced lemon wedges.
