Can you give zero stars? Had an early appointment with John (manager?) for SNS. He was a no show. No one else in the salon seemed to care or knew where he was. No one would agree to at least get me started in taking the old SNS off with foil. John finally strolled in 45 minutes late. No apology, nothing. This was the SECOND time this has happened in a year with John. I don't like to write bad reviews but when it happened a second time, I could not let it go. I will never go to Omaze again. Mimi has been doing my nails for years. Her and her husband offer a very inviting atmosphere with high quality technicians. There are nail salons closer to my house, but I am always beyond satisfied with Mimi’s work and enjoy the friendship we have created.
Always fantastic service and beautiful results. Customer every 3weeks for several months for mani-pedi. Thank you Mimi.
