Extremely frustrating experience with Omatochi. The biggest problem is simple: NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. Over more than three months, I called repeatedly and almost every call just rang and went to voicemail. Messages were not returned, and their website contact form did not work. At one point, I literally had to walk into their office in person just to get someone to speak with me. The intake took 6-8 weeks so quite slow, but the person who onboarded me Belinda was very kind. However when it came time to assign a worker, I was told there was literally only one option — I have 224 hours to use in 2 months, and the only caretaker available is only willing to work a strict 12-5, M-Th. So I am losing out on half my hours. Today was supposed to be the caretaker’s first day, and no one showed up. They didn’t give me her name or phone number.
