There is always a fine line that the property manager has to walk. They represent the tenant as well as the owner. Giuseppe Scarpino is one of those rare people that does just that. This place will scam you out of an application fee. I scheduled a tour with one of their rentals and when I arrive, nobody shows up but the property agent texts me a code to get in. After I toured the apartment, the agent texts me consistently to apply. As I applied and paid the $30 application fee, they immediately take down the listing.
