This place will scam you out of an application fee. I scheduled a tour with one of their rentals and when I arrive, nobody shows up but the property agent texts me a code to get in. After I toured the apartment, the agent texts me consistently to apply. As I applied and paid the $30 application fee, they immediately take down the listing. And when I questioned the agent, he said it’s still available but wouldn’t answer why the listing was taken down.
