Very disgusted from the representation from Thomas Hampton and his staff. For yrs I have been dealing with a case that should have been done and over with. But when you’re dealing with inexperienced paralegals that can’t handle the work load, you are the one to suffer. This office is terrible at communicating with their clients. They lie, take your money and then kick you to the curb and forget about you. They make business decisions that will benefit them and not you. Absolutely disgusting practice! They do not communicate with their clients, they will make business decisions rather than discuss anything with you, they always seem to have something different to say when you do talk to them. Pretty much liars, they will take your case and and your money then kick you to the curb. Don’t waste your time. There are much better attorneys out there that will take care of you.
Absolutely disgusting practice. They do not communicate with their clients, have to be reminded of everything, take your money and then kick you to the curb. Make decisions on their own without consulting you first, terrible customer service, rude staff, etc. I would not even waste your time dealing with these savages.
