Horrible experience. Didn't take down any info about me or my car. never received a receipt because the employees said they didn't know how to use the computer and Omar was gone. I dropped off my car before they opened and left keys in drop box. when I called to set up the appointment I said I would like it done by 12:30pm, well I called at 12:45 pm when I got off work and they knew nothing about why my car was there and so it was not done. I went here originally because they were a recommendation. I say never again.

Had a long over due spare tire on my drive side front. Had been driving on a VERY rough bumpy ride for a while before being recommended to going to Omar's Tires from my mechanic. I walked in at 9:50 am, Omar was incredibly polite, showed me a VERY good used tire, incredibly fair price, and had it mounted and ready for me to leave by 10:20 am! Definately recommend if you are in the market for tires, or heck mechanic work for that matter! Pleasant to work with, honest, and in and out! THANK YOU!

Bought 4 tires, waited 2 and a half hours cuz someone else was complaining he messed up there brakes. 2 of the 4 were flat the next day. He instantly tried blaming me saying it was my fault and I must of hit something on my way home. HORRIBLE customer service, hope no one else has as bad of an experience as me, take your business elsewhere!!! Also no receipt! If you do business with him make sure you get one!
