pricey, but good. Omar's is an Ashland staple. The food is reliably good, but definitely pricey. The bar is nice, too, but small. The menu is full of the usual standards (steak, etc.) and classic entrees, but it's definitely a good place if you want a nice dinner in a beautiful, historic room.
good food but spendy We usually eat at Omar's but be prepared it is expensive. They have both steaks and seafood which are expertly prepared and are very good. Casual dress is fine.
Terrible Service Last Friday evening (4 days ago), my wife and I stopped in while driving south on I5 from Portland. We knew nothing about Omar's but simply picked it out while driving through Ashland looking for a place to have dinner. We were seated & given menus and then nothing happened. The place seemed half empty - only about 3-4 tables were occupied.
