The office staff are very inefficient and ignorant of what they should be doing. They keep handing up on your calls, hoping you will go away. It is a cattle market and treat their patients who are mostly low income medi-cal population very rudely and negligently. They get emails wrong and orders are never received by the referred agency but deny any of their fault. They just don’t care about the patients who are just income for their office and their jobs . Avoid this place like the plague. Save yourself time, gas, and stress, find a better clinic. Worst PCP ever in the world, I went in with a broken knee, walked in with immobilizer and cant even walk without crunches, while need to see a orthopedist, however this guys refuse to mark in as ergent for my insurance company, it takes 20 days just for me to get my MRI done, and the staff lied to me multiple times, told me wont take more than 5 days, then after 5 days, the same nurse went to vacation
