Customer service is below 1 star. I’ve been going there since May 2025. Almost every time I visit I face rude and unprofessional staff. I will no longer conduct business here. You can buy/manufacture jewelry ANYWHERE. The least you can do is have a professional attitude. The bald headed guy looks at you like the bottom of his shoe. Don’t conduct business here.

Spent 600 on braclet broke in 6 months went back they put a cheap clasp on it and it fell off without me seeing it and now it's gone won't buy from u guys again will stay with Christians jewelry.
