Front desk staff and assistants were friendly, clean waiting rooms. Unfortunately, long wait time to be seen and not so friendly Dr. Omar Nadhem. Felt like he showed no empathy or compassion.

No nonsense approach. He is very busy, the only gastrologist in the area. He saw me me once at the hospital for a scope and remembered meeting me after 2 years.

First off just read these reviews for Dr Nabeel, that will tell you all you need to know. Dr Nabeels office is impossible to contact via phone. I spent HOURS on the phone waiting for them to answer and if you select a call back option they NEVER do call back. Why would I go to a doctor that can't be contacted? I ended up driving 30 miles from Maricopa to cancel my colonoscopy for the next day because they don't answer their phone! Is 2 days trying to get through on the phone acceptable? We finally had to travel to the office to attempt to resolve our questions. When we asked if the phone system was now fixed, we were told it’s working fine and they have somebody starting at some point in April who will be able to answer them; well that’s ok then!?!? Incidentally, I’m ok with being direct and to the point, but the doctor does need to work on his ‘bedside manner’ and be a little more polite and respectful.

I'm very happy with Dr. Nadhem! I've seen many G.I. specialists over the years and he's the first one to offer me any hope at all. He was completely prepared for my first visit. Also, he gave me more information about my condition than any other specialist. Very impressed and will continue to see him. Thorough and knowledgeable doctor.
