Is 2 days trying to get through on the phone acceptable? We finally had to travel to the office to attempt to resolve our questions. When we asked if the phone system was now fixed, we were told it’s working fine and they have somebody starting at some point in April who will be able to answer them; well that’s ok then!?!? Incidentally, I’m ok with being direct and to the point, but the doctor does need to work on his ‘bedside manner’ and be a little more polite and respectful.
I'm very happy with Dr. Nadhem! I've seen many G.I. specialists over the years and he's the first one to offer me any hope at all. He was completely prepared for my first visit. Also, he gave me more information about my condition than any other specialist. Very impressed and will continue to see him. Thorough and knowledgeable doctor.

I have given Dr. Nadeem more than one chance, but after today I will never go back to him. He is arrogant, rude and a terrible listener.I left his office terribly upset.
