First visit and he was real nice and explained everything to me where I could understand it.
This was my first visit with Dr. Medina. He was very personable, pleasant, and patient. He took extra time to explain in great detail what was causing my back pain and what my options were. He answered all my questions and then some. I'm looking forward to the treatment plan he has for me. I was very impressed with Dr. Medina. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Medina is AMAZING. Dare I say, he's so nice and easy to talk to that it's hard to remember he's a doctor! He explains and provides visuals and what I appreciate most is his integrity. He takes a conservative approach to care and provides options for treatment. It's like seeing an old friend each time. 10/10 recommend! His staff is professional, cordial and efficient. They set the bar HIGH for patient care and relationship management.
Dr. Medina is a great surgeon. However, his assistant is less than great! She does not return phone calls in a timely manner or AT ALL!! Very unprofessional and aggravating to the patient!!
