This doctor was respectful and thorough, but you could tell lacks experience. I was told my son could have an food absorption issue. When I asked if he thought it could be lactose intolerance or pinworms (two common causes in toddlers) he told me my son does not have any symptoms and no. I treated my son for pinworms anyway. Guess what, he had pinworms. As a peds nurse, I don’t know if I would recommend him but I truly appreciate this doctors concern and thoroughness in exams.
He was very good with both of my kids. And they were comfortable with him.
