over the years I have come across four doctors now under the Sight MD umbrellas that should have their licenses revoked. Thankfully I am still here to tell my tale 1. diagnosed with age related degeneration (NEVER HAPPENED) 2. WRONG PRESCRIPTION FOR GLASSES BELONGED TO SOMEONE ELSE (ANOTHER ERROR) 3.dignosed with glaucoma but no other exams with other doctors found that so(STILL ANOTHER MISTAKE) 4.Given drops for glaucoma to which I was severely allergic and no one cared. Took it upon myself to stop the drops.

Dr. Avni performed cataract surgery and my left eye now has a "blur" dead center and his reaction when I told him was so rude and uncaring, he said and I quote "it's not like you're blind". Horrible attitude and apparently it matches his skill. I now will never be able to see anywhere near normal in my left eye for the rest of my life.

This place is a eye meat market they told me it would be 1500.00 per eye it turned out to be 555.00 more per eye do not go there these thieves are why medicare is broke and that was just for my right eye shop around people . if u call for any reason be prepared to be on hold for 20 to 30 minutes . plus if u go there 4 surgery bring a pillow as it will be hours talk about over booking these clowns make the airlines look good Shop it around these thieves have more fees than pebble beach . r. winn . rwinn36679@optonli... read more

I highly recommend dr Neil Nicholas for my eyelid a Brow lift I had done on February 15,2021 He is very nice the staff was great love my Results and it’s only 2 weeks thank you Dr Nicholas and staff.

Upon entering the Site MD Garden City, NY office on Monday, July 6, 2020 at about 4:30pm, I noticed the small waiting room. I was surprised that a medical practice during these uncertain times even allowed to have a waiting room nevertheless patients actually IN THE WAITING ROOM. I went to sight MD to get cataract surgery, My cataract was only lightly bad but I did not want o wear eye glasses . I spoke to DR Lawrence Zweibel about it it. I told him I had laser surgery over 20 years ago. He told me replacing it with a lens will give me good eye sight but I would need glasses for reading. I said ok lets do it. When it was done the eye I had the surgery resulted in severe double vision . I have to agree money is the most important thing in this practice. My young daughter has severe vision problems. When I checked in they told me I would be charged $30.00 additional for the doctor to write a prescription for glasses. When I said that didn't seem right the response was go to an optical store they can do it there. Where is the patient care? Disgraceful, we will begin looking for a new practice.
